 The Fear Factor: We all know the media thrives on spinning negative news stories.  Despite

 Plan Ahead:  The holidays are fast approaching.   Plan now so you don't spend your holiday worrying about your 2009 home building plans.  With a little planning, you will be able to thoroughly enjoy spending time with family and friends. 

     We have been very busy this year and as we wrap up our 2008 projects we are beginning to book our early 2009 deliveries.  It typically takes about 2-3 months to design your home and prepare your site for delivery.  If you want to be involved in building your own home, be sure to schedule a visit to our model to discuss how we support our Owner/Builders - I think you will be pleasantly surprised.  Being custom builders, we only do a set number of "turn-key" homes each year, so don't delay if you are interested in a "turn-key" home for 2009.  Call now to insure a spot in our schedule.

 Timber Frame:  Yes, we do Timber Frame homes.  Many of our standard floor plans can be converted to Timber Frame.  Most communities have regulations about what type of home can be built there.  Many people do not realize that you can build a strong, energy efficient log or timber home and abide by those regulations.  Before you assume you cannot build a log home in your community, give us a call to discuss.  We can also work with other custom builders if you want a lodge-style great room or timbers in your home.
